Finalmente un restaurante con una cocina española classica, tipica i con platos de varios paisos de España !
Finalement un bon restaurant Espagnol à Bordeaux, avec des plats culinaires de toutes les régions d’Espagne.
Finally a good spanish restaurant in Bordeaux, with classic recipes from the various areas of Spain.
Lechon al Horno, Morcilla de Burgos, Arroz negro, Cocido, pintxos, tapas,….i una carta de vinos impresionnante en Francia con grandes vinos, vinos originales, vinos classicos i modernos…. o sea algo MUY raro !
…… et un carte de vins impressionnante. - And an impressive wine list !
(en la foto solo quedan las botellas de Vega Sicilia que hemos bebido depues otros vino muy buenos como, Dido, Petalos de Bierzo, y S’Alqueria !! - On the foto on ly Vega Sicilia bottles are remaining after other delicious wines: Dido, Petalos de Bierzo and S’Alqueria..)
De vez en cuando flamenco i durante la temporada Toro , Torreros, afficionados, etc…. . Es decir que al dueño, Don Bernardo – aun que es francès – le gusta mucha la cultura española: exposiciones de pintores en temas varios.

Al final un local muy simpatico, con vida cuando hay un poco de gente, noches de flamenco y donde se come y se bebe muy bien !!

S’Alqueria esta en el restaurante de Gordon Ramsay “ Murano – London“ cuidado por Angela Hartnett . Es uno de los restaurantes italianos de Londres con estrella Michelin !
S’Alqueria is now in the restaurant ” Murano – London“ run by Angela Hartnett and part of Gordon Ramsay’s group. It is one of the italian Michelin star restaurant from London.
