Three month now that my new red wine has hit the market: Pirata « Espécial » has now joined the very exclusive wine list of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at 68 Royal Hospital Rd – London SW3.

After Spoon from Ducasse in Paris, Pirata « Espécial » is now served by the glass in Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant .

Enjoy  this very différent red wine: blend of two vintages, 8 grapes, NO OAK, just aged in tank !

nguedoc Languedoc – Roussillon wines, launched their own Sommelier of the Year competition in London.

 » First : 26-year-old Romain Henry of Gordon Ramsay’s Maze who captivated the judges with his passion, professionalism and the magic he wove on stage. It was, however, a very close call between him and Marc-Andrea Levy of Murano, another Ramsay establishment, who also showed enormous competence and charm. Both young men clearly have exciting potential and Mr Ramsay should be proud of them. S’Alqueria is now in the restaurant   » Murano – London«   run by Angela Hartnett and part of Gordon Ramsay’s group. It is one of the italian Michelin star restaurant from London.
