London, Greenhouse, lunch time ….

Great lunch at the  The Greenhouse  with a superbe Cotes du Roussillon from Jean Pierre Seguela…

…thanks to the advise of Head Sommelier Ronan Sayburn ! The Restaurant has been awarded the Wine Spectator Grand Award (only 4 in the world !) since 2005  and is a Michelin star restaurant !

– Mises en bouches.

– Lightly smoked sea trout cake, tarragon coulis and purple sprouts broccoli.

– Roast rump of Irish lamb, cumin scented polenta, lemon caramel and morrocan mint.

and Nothing else !!! Next time I hope I can get a nice S’Alqueria 2006 !
